IELTS Test Registration Requirements

Have you already registered for the IELTS? Do you have the right requirements?

Filipinos take the IELTS or the International English Language Testing System examination seriously. Well, it really should be treated that way as the IELTS score is a major requirement for work or school overseas. Without hitting the target scores, the candidate loses the opportunity to apply abroad.

Because of this, thousands of Filipinos take IELTS review classes where they learn different skills they need to successfully get a good score in the exam’s four skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. These four skills have special tasks that evaluate how well a candidate can understand and use the English language. These review classes can last for three months and more depending on the candidate. The longer the candidate prepares for the exam, the better skills he or she gets. However, candidates for the IELTS test need to register for the examination as early as possible as slots can get filled very fast. With the number of candidates all over the Philippines, finding a vacant schedule can be difficult. Here is what candidates should take note of in registering for the exam.

Whether you are taking it under IDP or British Council, you must present:

Candidates need to remember that the ID they have presented upon registering should be the same ID they will be presenting on the examination day.
